At VALTRONE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes after being placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If the product arrives damaged, we will replace the item at no cost on the first replacement attempt. If the issue persists after two attempts, a full refund will be issued.

Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
